  • “Service” refers to the Application or the Website or both.

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use Google authentication services (OAuth) to allow You to register and log in to the Service using Your Google account. This service may provide Personal Data and other information to the Company, including Your name, email address, and Google Account ID number. The information provided by Google authentication services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Sign-in Service's account. If You choose to provide such information to the Company, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g. beacons, tags and scripts) to track the activity on Our Service,analyze usage and improve Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary (i) for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, (ii) to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Personal Data to comply with applicable laws), (iii) to resolve disputes, and (iv) to enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company may also retain aggregated and anonymized Usage Data (e.g. what buttons you click) for internal analysis purposes.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You may update, amend, or delete Your Personal Data at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your Personal Data. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to us and Diffit has put in place a number of measures to protect Your Personal Data, including not collecting student data, restricting employee access to user information, and using access-controlled data centers. However,  no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the event of a security breach, We will notify affected account holders within the amount of time required by law so that you can take steps to keep your Personal Data safe.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

We do not track You or collect Your Personal Data across third party websites or online services. Thus, We do not receive Do-Not-Track signals, or other similar signals. To the extent that We do receive any such signals, we will not comply with them as it is not an aspect of the functionality of the Service.

Children's Privacy

Children under 18 are not permitted to create an account. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, We will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third-party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to making any material changes to our policy.   Your continued use of the Services following notification by Diffit means you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
