Adam Black | Co-Founder & CPO

Adam's second grade co-teachers, Mrs. Bixby and Mrs. Wallace, made him fall in love with school and dream of being a teacher when he grew up.

He did become a teacher - but after a year realized how insanely hard teaching is and set out to make life easier for educators using data and technology.

Adam couldn’t be more excited to be collaborating with teachers to build Diffit!

Vlad Gutkovich | Co-Founder & CEO

(Seesaw, Flocabulary, Schoolzilla)

As an immigrant and English Learner coming up in NYC public schools, Vlad saw the impact of differentiation and strong teacher-student relationships first hand.

In fact, he loved his 4th grade teacher so much, he named his guinea pig “Terri” after her :)

Years later, Vlad would go on to help build widely-loved education companies Flocabulary, Schoolzilla, Seesaw… and now, Diffit.
